NextGen Hospitality Solutions was born

NextGen Hospitality Solutions was born out of real-world experience in the heart of the hospitality industry. James, along with his family, owned and operated a 109-bedroom hotel complete with a spa and large event space, catering up to 785 covers in one day. Together, they transformed the property into the busiest hotel in the area — a success driven by the teams exceptional sales expertise and sharp social media and branding skills. Their combined experience in operations, marketing, and sales laid the foundation for a powerful partnership, now focused on helping other hospitality businesses achieve the same level of growth and efficiency through innovative, tech-driven solutions.
